This year's retreat is being held at Cathedral Pines. Depending on where you are lodging during the retreat your needs may change, but here are some basic items we recommend thinking about bringing.

Chair - Towel - Swimsuit - Bedroll (Including Pillow, Blankets and Sheets) - Water Bottle - Sunscreen - Bug Spray - Hiking Boots - Yoga Mat - Snacks - Secret Sister Gift

This year's retreat will have an array of activities to participate in. Although not all have been finalized, we can announce that we will have a variety of speaker meeting and workshops throughout the days. We will be hosting a hike as well as yoga. Easley Note Springs will be open privately to our members throughout the event. And the city of Ketchum hosts all the shopping and eating you could ask for.

Secret Sister is similar to Secret Santa. Each lady choosing to participate will bring a gift valued at up to $10, on Saturday we will pick a name and exchange gifts allowing our members to meet and interact with ladies from all over the region.

We are excited to announce that SINAWR will have the entire campground as well as the Hot Springs to ourselves for the entire event.

Cathedral Pines will have a handful of workers on site who will be handling meals and any needs that may arise.

The SINA Women's Retreat has strict policies regarding pets and children. We do not allow any pets or children at the retreat.

Excepts are made if the pet is a licensed service animal or if the child is nursing.

During the retreat there will be a committee hand off meeting, this will be listed on your program that you receive during registration. If you would like to be involved in SINAWR 2026 please attend that meeting.
